Zucchini bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
- salad oil - 1 c
- shredded zucchini - 2 c
- currants, raisins or nuts - 1 c
How to make zucchini bread:
Set oven to 350°. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. In a large mixing bowl, add ingredients one at a time. Mix or beat well after each addition. Pour into pans and bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until a pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
