- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- garlic powder - 2 tsp
- ground red pepper optional - 2 tsp
- beef tenderloin - 4 5
- party rolls - 1 item
How to make beef tenderloin:
Combine butter and spices; mix well. Place tenderloin in a roasting pan on a rack. Brush with mixture. Bake at 425° for 30 to 45 minutes for rare. Slice. Serve with cold sour cream and horseradish.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
