  • salt - 1 Tbsp
  • butter, melted - 1/2 c
  • garlic powder - 2 tsp
  • ground red pepper optional - 2 tsp
  • beef tenderloin - 4 5
  • party rolls - 1 item

How to make beef tenderloin:

Combine butter and spices; mix well. Place tenderloin in a roasting pan on a rack. Brush with mixture. Bake at 425° for 30 to 45 minutes for rare. Slice. Serve with cold sour cream and horseradish.
