- oil - 1 c
- soy sauce - 1 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- Tabasco sauce - 1 tsp
- cloves garlic, chopped - 6 item
- sherry - 1 c
How to make beef tenderloin:
Marinate tenderloin in the ingredients for 24 hours. Turn several times. Remove and dry. Rub with oil. Preheat oven to 500°. Put roast in pan and cook.Turn oven off and do not open door for 2 hours.
