Seafood jambalaya
Ingredients/Components
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- rice - 1/2 c
- crab meat - 1/2 lb
- can mushroom pieces, drained - 1 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- shrimp, cleaned - 1 lb
- salt and pepper to taste or cayenne pepper - 1 item
How to make seafood jambalaya:
Place all ingredients into rice cooker. Mix well. When cooker turns off, stir and turn on again until done.If you do not have a rice cooker, mix all ingredients and put into a large covered pot. Cook over low heat until rice is done.
Note: You may use crawfish, oysters, ham or chicken.
