Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 Tbsp
  • basil - 1/2 tsp
  • potatoes, cubed - 4 item
  • Minute tapioca - 1/4 c
  • can tomato juice or V-8 juice - 1 oz
  • to 3 onions, chopped - 2 item
  • stalks celery, cut in 1 inch pieces - 3 item
  • stew meat, cut in 1 inch cubes - 2 lb
  • carrots, cut in 1 inch pieces - 4 item

How to make easy beef stew:

Put everything in a roaster with a cover. Mix well. Cook for 3 1/2 hours at 325°.
