Beef stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- chuck steak - 1 lb
- chopped carrot optional - 1 item
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
How to make beef stroganoff:
Cut lean part of steak in small cubes. Saut?© in margarine at medium heat for about 2 minutes. Put cubes of steak into a baking dish along with sour cream and mushroom soup. Bake for 25 minutes at 350°. Serve over egg noodles.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
