Mom's meat loaf
Ingredients/Components
- lean ground beef
- saltine cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- can tomato sauce or 1 c - 8 oz
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- green pepper optional - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- dash marjoram - 1 item
- dash thyme - 1 item
How to make mom's meat loaf:
Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl, mix well together. Shape into greased loaf pan and bake.Bake for one hour at 350 degree.
