  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 item
  • can creamed corn - 1 item
  • box Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 item

How to make corn souffle:

Melt margarine in 3-quart baking dish and coat well. Mix all remaining ingredients together until moistened. Pour into dish and mix in margarine. Bake at 375° for 55 minutes.
