Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- box Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 item
How to make corn souffle:
Melt margarine in 3-quart baking dish and coat well. Mix all remaining ingredients together until moistened. Pour into dish and mix in margarine. Bake at 375° for 55 minutes.Recipe categories: Corn, Main dish, Casseroles.
