Ingredients/Components
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- lemon pepper - 1/2 tsp
- thinly sliced beef or venison - 2 lb
How to make beef jerky:
Mix soy sauce, garlic salt and lemon pepper in zipper bag. Add meat; marinate in refrigerator overnight. Place in single layer on cookie sheet. Bake at 200° for 10 to 12 hours. Store in airtight container.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Beef.
