Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- Liquid Smoke - 1 Tbsp
- lbs thin sliced meat - 2 item
- hot sauce if desired - 1 item
How to make beef jerky:
Mix all ingredients together overnight and drain. Put meat in the oven at 350 until dried out. Can save the marinade for another batch.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Beef.
