Ingredients/Components

  • water - 3 c
  • garlic to taste - 1 item
  • whole onion - 1 item
  • e
  • cans Franco-American beef gravy - 3 item
  • large London broil - 1 item

How to make beef in beer:

Heat oven to 350°. Slice beef (uncooked) about 1/2-inch thick. Arrange in large roaster. Combine all ingredients except the veggies. Pour over beef. Seal with heavy-duty aluminum foil. Cook in oven for 2 hours.

Add veggies; be sure to seal again and cook another 2 hours. This melts in your mouth. Do whatever you think best with the 1/2 can of leftover beer. Enjoy!
