Ingredients/Components
- whole head garlic - 1 item
- medium onion, sliced - 1 item
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- oregano
- cumin - 2 tsp
- fresh crushed pepper - 1 tsp
- juice of 2 lemons
- juice of 2 grapefruits
How to make cuban pork roast:
Pinch roast all over with fork. Crush garlic with seasonings and juices and add onion slices. Pour marinade over roast and marinate for 24 hours, turning several times. Bake at 325° until meat temp is 175° on meat thermometer. Bake covered first hour, then uncover for remainder of cook time.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork, Pork loins.
