Beef enchilada casserole
Ingredients/Components
- chili powder - 2 Tbsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- corn tortillas - 1 pkg
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- ground beef or turkey - 1 lb
- can chopped Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
How to make beef enchilada casserole:
Brown meat and onion; add chili powder and set aside. Combine soups and tomatoes. Grease 13 x 9-inch pan. Dip tortilla in soup mixture and arrange in pan, alternating tortilla, meat and cheese.
