Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 3/4 c
  • chili powder - 2 3
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • garlic clove, minced - 1 item
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • corn tortillas - 12 item

How to make enchilada casserole:

Brown beef, onion and garlic. Add tomato sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly.

Spray casserole with Pam. Line pan with tortillas; cover with meat mixture. Layer until all tortillas are used.

Combine soup and milk; pour over top. Sprinkle grated cheese all over top. Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
