Enchilada casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- chili powder - 2 3
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- ground beef - 2 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- garlic clove, minced - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- corn tortillas - 12 item
How to make enchilada casserole:
Brown beef, onion and garlic. Add tomato sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly.Spray casserole with Pam. Line pan with tortillas; cover with meat mixture. Layer until all tortillas are used.
Combine soup and milk; pour over top. Sprinkle grated cheese all over top. Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
