Beef and potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- frozen potato rounds 1/2 of a 30 oz - 4 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- pkg - 1 oz
- 8 oz
- can cream of celery soup - 1 3/4
- milk - 1/3 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- black pepper - 1/8 tsp
How to make beef and potato casserole:
Place potatoes on bottom and sides of an 8 x 12-inch casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 10 minutes. Brown and drain the ground beef. Place beef, broccoli and 1/2 can onions in potato shell. Combine soup, milk, 1/2 cup cheese and seasonings. Pour over beef mixture. Bake, covered, at 400° for 20 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions.
