  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • head lettuce, chopped - 1 item
  • jar Cheez Whiz - 1 oz
  • bag nacho chips - 1 item
  • medium tomatoes, chopped - 2 item
  • can chili with beans - 1 item

How to make nachos supreme:

Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Drain off excess grease, then add chili and heat until hot. Place nacho chips on plate. On top of nachos, place the meat and chili mixture. Add Cheez Whiz on top of the chili. Add the rest of the toppings, finishing off with a tablespoon of sour cream.
