Beef and potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- medium tomato - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- black pepper - 1/8 tsp
- box frozen broccoli - 1 oz
- can Durkee French fried onions - 1 item
- bag Ore-Ida crispy crowns - 1 item
How to make beef and potato casserole:
Layer crispy crowns in bottom of pan. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Brown and drain ground beef. In a bowl, mix soup, milk, 1 cup cheese, 1/2 can fried onions, pepper and garlic powder.
