- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- roast beef - 2 3
How to make beef and noodles:
Season roast beef with salt and pepper. Flour both sides and brown. Pressure cook until done and able to fork apart, about 1 hour. (May also use home canned beef.) Add noodles to boiling broth and meat; cook 7 minutes.Note: Homemade noodles are even better. I usually make a triple batch of noodles for this amount of meat. Serves 6 to 8.
