- salt and pepper - 1 item
- melted butter or oleo - 1/2 c
- parsnips - 1 item
How to make baked parsnips:
Boil parsnips until tender. Cut in slices lengthwise. Place in buttered baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Pour melted butter or oleo over top and bake for 10 minutes. Serve hot from baking dish.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Side dish, Vegetables.
