Beans 'n wiener biscuit casserole
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can pork and beans - 1 oz
- ketchup - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- wieners, sliced - 1 lb
- can flaky biscuits 10 biscuits - 1 item
How to make beans 'n wiener biscuit casserole:
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; simmer for 5 minutes. Spoon hot bean mixture into ungreased 9-inch square casserole.Top with the biscuits. Arrange biscuits over bean mixture; sprinkle the cheese over biscuits. Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes, until biscuits are done. Serves 6.
