  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 3/4 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
  • chopped pepperoni - 3/4 c

How to make pepperoni pie:

Grease an 8 x 8-inch pan. Mix 1/2 the cheese with all other ingredients. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes. Turn oven off and sprinkle 1/2 the cheese on top. Remove from oven when cheese is melted. Cut into squares and serve warm.
