Ingredients/Components

• gelatin - 1 tsp
• whipping cream - 1 pt
• hot water - 1 Tbsp
• thick raspberry jam - 1 c

How to make raspberry angel food cake:

In a mixing bowl, stir gelatin into hot water. Continue stirring until dissolved. Stir in raspberry jam. When partially set, whip the cream and fold into jam. Adorn with fresh raspberries for a summer birthday.
