Ingredients/Components
- broiler, quartered and skinned
- water - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- chili sauce - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- mustard - 1/4 tsp
- liquid noncalorie sweetener - 1/2 tsp
- grated onion - 2 Tbsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
How to make barbecued chicken:
Preheat oven to 375°. Place quartered chicken in baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in pan; bring to a boil. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 375° for about 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
