Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- Dijon mustard - 1/3 tsp
- fine dry bread crumbs - 3 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- chili sauce
- grape jelly - 1 c
How to make barbecue meatballs:
Mix chili sauce, grape jelly and mustard in crock-pot. Mix remaining ingredients and form into meatballs. Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes, then put in crock-pot and simmer for 6 to 10 hours. (The longer they simmer, the better they taste.)Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
