Barbecue meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce
- ketchup - 1 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- onion, diced onion may be added to sauce, if desired - 1/2 c
How to make barbecue meatballs:
Sauce:2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce2 Tbsp. vinegar3 Tbsp. brown sugar1 c. ketchup1/2 c. water Mix meatball ingredients and form into balls. Brown meatballs and remove from grease. Mix together sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring once or twice so that all meat is well cooked in sauce.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
