Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 2 tsp
- evaporated milk - 13 oz
- vinegar - 6 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chili powder - 2 tsp
- onion, chopped - 1 c
- beef - 3 lb
- oatmeal quick cook - 2 c
- Bake in oven at 350° until meat is no longer pink
How to make barbecue meatballs:
Mix all the ingredients; shape into balls, smaller for appetizers. Bake in oven at 350° until meat is no longer pink. Broiler pan works best.Meanwhile, mix up barbecue sauce.Barbecue Sauce:2 (5 oz.) tomato sauce6 Tbsp. vinegar2 tsp. dry mustard brown sugar to taste (depending on how sweet you like it; start with 1 c.) Pour sauce over meatballs and bake 30 minutes more or put in crock-pot and heat through.
