Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- shortening - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- snipped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- chili sauce - 12 oz
- grape jelly - 10 oz
- dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire - 1/2 tsp
How to make cocktail meatballs:
Mix beef, onion, bread, milk, egg, parsley, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Shape in 1-inch balls and brown in shortening. Heat chili sauce and grape jelly until melted. Add meatballs and simmer for 30 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
