Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • water - 1/2 c
  • vinegar - 1/4 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 Tbsp
  • ketchup - 1/2 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • bread crumbs - 1 c
  • onion, chopped - 1/2 item
  • salt to taste - 1 item

How to make barbecue meatballs:

Mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, milk and salt. Then roll into balls the size you wish and put in a glass pan. Set aside. Mix Worcestershire, vinegar, sugar, water, ketchup and chopped onion. Pour this over the meatballs and bake uncovered for 45 to 50 minutes at 375°.
