Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- catsup - 1/2 c
- prepared mustard - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- rib celery, diced - 1 item
How to make barbecue burgers:
Lightly brown beef. Add onion and celery; saute. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl and pour over meat mixture. Cover pan. Simmer for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Ground beef.
