Barbecue burgers
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- shortening - 2 Tbsp
- chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- chili sauce - 1 c
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- medium onions - 4 item
- tomatoes - 1 c
How to make barbecue burgers:
Melt shortening in skillet, adding the 4 onions thinly sliced. Saute the onions over low heat. Add the beef, stirring lightly until brown. Add remaining ingredients and cook slowly on low temperature for 2 hours. Serve on hamburger buns.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Ground beef.
