- brown sugar
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- water - 1/4 c
- dry mustard
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- celery seed - 1 tsp
- onion powder - 1 item
- liquid smoke - 1 item
- beef brisket - 4 lb
- bottle catsup small - 1/2 item
How to make barbecue beef:
Sauce:1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar1/2 bottle catsup (small)1/4 c. water1 Tbsp. liquid smoke1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard1 tsp. celery seed3 Tbsp. butter Coat meat with liquid smoke and onion powder. Cover and cook 3 1/2 hours at 350° (for 8 pounds brisket, 5 hours). Cut meat diagonally.Make Sauce. When butter melts, sauce is ready. Pour over sliced meat.
