  • brown sugar
  • butter - 3 Tbsp
  • water - 1/4 c
  • dry mustard
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • celery seed - 1 tsp
  • onion powder - 1 item
  • liquid smoke - 1 item
  • beef brisket - 4 lb
  • bottle catsup small - 1/2 item

How to make barbecue beef:

Sauce:1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar1/2 bottle catsup (small)1/4 c. water1 Tbsp. liquid smoke1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard1 tsp. celery seed3 Tbsp. butter Coat meat with liquid smoke and onion powder. Cover and cook 3 1/2 hours at 350° (for 8 pounds brisket, 5 hours). Cut meat diagonally.

Make Sauce. When butter melts, sauce is ready. Pour over sliced meat.
