- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- bay leaves - 2 item
- onion, cut up - 1 item
- bottle chili sauce - 1/2 item
- pot roast - 4 6
- medium bottle catsup - 1 item
How to make barbecue beef:
Brown beef in a large pot and add other ingredients. Cook, covered, until meat falls apart. Cool thoroughly. Separate meat from fat and bones. Put meat back in sauce. Heat when ready. Serve on buns.Recipe categories: Meat, Beef, High protein.
