Banana pineapple cake

- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- almond extract - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- mashed bananas - 2 c
- can crushed pineapple with juice - 1 oz
- chopped almonds - 1/2 c
How to make banana pineapple cake:
In bowl, add the vegetable oil, sugar, egg, mashed bananas and almond extract. Beat well. Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and mix into batter. Stir in the crushed pineapple and chopped almonds. Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake in preheated oven at 325° for about 1 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Bananas.
