Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• chopped pecans - 1 c
• pkg - 1 oz
• salt - 1 tsp
• stick margarine - 1 item
• oil
• soda - 1 tsp
• eggs, beaten - 3 item
• plain flour - 3 c
• mashed bananas - 2 c
• can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
• Mix by hand remaining ingredients with spoon

How to make banana pineapple cake:

Mix with mixer flour, sugar, eggs and oil. Mix by hand remaining ingredients with spoon. Bake in tube pan, greased and floured, for 75 minutes at 350°.Icing:1 box powdered sugar1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 stick margarine1 tsp. vanilla Mix and spread on cake.
