Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/2 c
- sugar - 2/3 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 6 item
- vanilla - 3 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1/4 tsp
- all-purpose flour
- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- mashed bananas - 1 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- grated lemon peel - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans optional - 1/2 c
- pinch salt - 1 item
- sticks butter or margarine, softened - 3 item
- flour or enough to make dough easy to handle - 4 lb
- small buttermilk biscuits - 3 item
How to make banana bread:
Mix together sugar and cinnamon. Cut biscuits into quarters. Roll biscuit pieces in sugar and cinnamon. Put in lightly greased Bundt pan. Spread brown sugar on top. Pour melted butter over top. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Fruit, Quick breads.
