Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 3 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 4 item
- thin slices Swiss cheese - 4 item
- dry white wine or water - 1/4 c
- Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix - 1 c
How to make baked swiss chicken:
Wash chicken and pat dry. Arrange chicken in a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Mix soup and wine; spoon over cheese slices placed on top of chicken. Sprinkle with stuffing mix and drizzle with butter. Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 55 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
