Ingredients/Components
- hash browns, thawed
- sour cream - 1 c
- Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- crushed crackers - 1 c
- butter - 1 item
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix together and pour into flat glass dish that is sprayed with Pam. Put 1 cup of crushed crackers and 1/2 cup of butter over top. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
