Ingredients/Components
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 4 item
- jar honey - 1 oz
- jar Dijon mustard grainy style - 1 oz
How to make honey mustard chicken:
In a medium size baking dish, mix well the honey, mustard and soy sauce until smooth. Place the chicken breasts in the mixture, making sure most of the chicken is well covered by it. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve and spoon mixture over chicken.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
