Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- egg, well beaten - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- minced parsley - 1 tsp
- large tomatoes - 6 item
How to make baked stuffed tomatoes:
Remove the stem ends of tomatoes and cut out the centers. Fill with filling made from the rest of the ingredients. Place in a baking dish and bake in a moderately hot oven at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Tomato, Rice.
