Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- melted butter - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- bread crumbs
- mayonnaise - 1 item
- minced onion - 1/4 c
- minced celery - 3/4 c
- cooked, cleaned shrimp, diced - 3/4 lb
- can flaked or fresh crabmeat - 1 item
- medium salad potatoes, cooked and diced - 5 item
How to make baked seafood salad:
Topping:1/2 c. bread crumbs1 Tbsp. melted butter Preheat oven to 350°. Add all ingredients except egg. Add enough mayonnaise to thoroughly coat entire mixture. Add egg. Spread in a baking pan. Toss crumbs with butter and sprinkle over salad. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until brown.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
