Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- Ritz crackers, crushed - 2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 c
- large yellow squash - 2 item
How to make baked squash:
Boil squash and onion. Drain. Add remaining ingredients except crushed crackers. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Top with crushed crackers. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Vegetables.
