Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- summer squash - 3 lb
- cracker meal or crumbs - 1/2 c
How to make baked squash:
There are no specific proportions for this dish, so you may make as large or small a casserole as you wish. It's wonderful with fresh summer vegetables.Butter a deep casserole dish and layer vegetables in the following manner:
*BLKLIN pepper and garlic powder and dotted with butter. lemon juice and Parmesan cheese and dotted with butter. desired. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese

Cover casserole dish and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Remove cover after 20 to 25 minutes.
