Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- medium onion, sliced - 1 item
- bacon drippings - 2 Tbsp
- squash - 2 lb
How to make baked squash:
Wash and scrape squash. Slice into buttered baking dish. Add salt and pepper. Stir in bacon drippings and top with sliced onion. Cover and bake in medium oven at 350° to 400° for 20 minutes.
