Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce - 3 Tbsp
- catsup - 1/2 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion, sliced - 1 item
- lean pork chops - 6 item
How to make baked pork chops:
Trim fat from pork chops. Melt into 3 tablespoons fat. Brown chops in the fat. Layer chops and sliced onion in casserole dish. Mix water, soup, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and seasoning. Pour over the pork chops. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Meat, Pork chop, Pork.
