Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- catsup - 3 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion, sliced - 1 item
- 1/2 x 3/4-inch pork chops - 6 item
How to make baked pork chops:
Salt and pepper pork chops and brown in a little oil. Place in shallow baking dish and cover with sauce mix (cream of chicken soup, catsup and Worcestershire sauce). Top with onion, cover with foil and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: Meat, Pork chop, Pork.
