Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- chili powder - 2 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- onion, diced - 1/2 item
- uncooked rice - 1/2 c
- bell pepper, diced - 1/2 item
- tomato sauce or juice
How to make porcupine balls:
Mix ground beef, rice, salt and chili. Make into small balls. Brown and place in casserole dish. Saute onions and pepper. Add tomato sauce and pour over balls. Cover and bake in 305° oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.Recipe categories: 5 ingredients or less, Main dish, Meat.
