Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- pork chops - 6 item
- onions, finely chopped - 1/3 c
- can cream of tomato soup - 1 item
- potatoes, thinly sliced - 3 c
How to make baked pork chops:
In a buttered pan, place alternate layers of potatoes and onions. Rub pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides. Lay them on top of the potatoes and onions. Pour the cream of tomato soup over them. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Meat, Pork chop, Pork.
