Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- ground beef - 3/4 lb
- refrigerator biscuits - 8 oz
- cheese - 3/4 c
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- barbecue sauce - 1/2 c
How to make meat muffins:
Brown beef and drain. Mix beef with barbecue sauce, onion, brown sugar and salt. Open biscuits and press each into the cup of a muffin pan, making sure the dough goes up the sides of the cup. Spoon meat mixture into biscuit cups and sprinkle the top with 3/4 cup of cheese. Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, North american.
