Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- cheese - 1/2 lb
- onion - 1 item
- creamed potatoes - 4 c
- ground venison - 1 lb
- canned tomatoes or tomato paste - 2 pt
How to make venison casserole:
Lightly brown onion and ground venison. Place 1/2 of meat into a Pyrex dish. Add 1/2 of tomatoes or paste, then 2 cups potatoes. Add a layer of cheese. Repeat. Beat eggs and pour on top of cheese for a crust. Bake at 350° until crust is formed.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, European.
