  • brown sugar - 1/4 c
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • dry mustard - 2 tsp
  • canned tomatoes - 2 c
  • sliced onions - 1/2 c
  • cubed, cooked ham - 1 lb
  • frozen limas, partially thawed - 2 pkg

How to make baked lima beans:

Saute onions in butter. Keep your heat down to avoid burning. Place beans, ham and onions in a 2-quart casserole. Mix tomatoes and mustard separately; pour over ingredients in casserole. Top with brown sugar. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 325°.
